Excellent stay
10.0The 3 apartments we rented were absolutely immaculate. The location is perfect, we couldn’t have asked for better. The complimentary bottle of wine and crisps were such a nice little treat. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

6.0One of the apartments was good but the other one has lots of inconveniences. But the customer service was prompt. But hopefully, next time there will be emergency contact numbers for a boiler issue past office times.

8.0Lock box was described as pink and it was blue. There was a pink one but that was not it. Number of box was eventually noticed as incorrect on the pink one. This bit needs to be failsafed as may be late at night after long journey etc.

Done the job
7.0Apartment was in a great location and a great price. The bed in the bedroom with only 1 double bed was so so comfortable but we can't say the same for the other bedroom with 2 beds, the double bed in that room was like sleeping on springs.
− There was a few bits of damage around the apartment like a hole in the wall, a large stain on the ceiling where it seems there was a previous leak, the handle on the kitchen tap kept falling off. It was manageable but we made sure to take photos when we first arrived just in case. The parking was a bit confusing as we parked on the ground floor as requested by the host and there we made sure there was no reserved sign there but when we went to leave the next day somebody had put a sign on the wall behind our car to say this was a reserved space and they had rang the police and a tow truck, so luckily we got to the car before they did.
