4.0This hotel is really lacking of service and hospitality. Ive stayed at a hostel way better than this. They provide hot water and tea at the entrance, but the water kettle is never filled and when I mentioned it to them, they gave me an attitude and told me it’ll be filled eventually during the day. The breakfast workers were actually fantastic. Even though the breakfast selection is very small. There are hardly any plugs in the room for charging your phone, and the only place to plug was behind the bed. The water pressure of the hotel is really not strong at all. There’s plenty to see and do around the property. I contacted the facility directly that let them know about my concerns, but they never responded and continued with lack of service.

8.0My only complaint is water isn’t very warm. Overall nice place and good location. Friendly staff.

4.0Booked based on photos, and they were not accurate. Room was very dark and outlets did not work. There was not proper ventilation, so everything stayed wet. Beds were clean, but the entire hotel was dark. It was hard to see on your floor. Although it felt safe enough, it was not something I am comfortable with. Also, it is located across from a discotheque. There were plenty of nice hotels that were about the same price. This property is overpriced for the location. It is north of town, close to the springs. However, check in was smooth and they held your bags until you were ready to leave.
Awful but choices are limited in Aguas Callientes
4.0This may be the worst place I have stayed in thirty years. I admit I usually stay at a minimum of four star places and price is not a huge concern for me, but choices were limited. The communication was good with the hotel but they asked me to pay up front using their own payment system in a separate email even though it says. “Pay at The Hotel,” on Hotels.com. The room had absolutely no storage. There was one table, a very small coat rack and one nightstand. There wasn’t a drawer in the place. There was one outlet in the bedroom, no hooks or towel rack for wet towels, no face tissue and the safe was broken. The breakfast was also terrible except for the lady who would cook you an egg to order.
