great location, spacious room and clean.
5.0The location was great. close to everything. the room was very spacious and clean.
− The property was lacking in maintenance. the pool area was run down with steps loose and decking not secure. No reception to help with any problems. Our electronic key didn't work which held us out of our room. we called the service number but no answer, we had been for a swim so with only togs, a towel and a phone it was looking like we were sleeping in the pool area, this was 8,30 pm and our first night in Darwin. Called 3 different phone numbers but all were met with no answer. Around 10.30 we received a phone call from the service person to assist, was given another code for a spare key but that didn't work so the service person came and tried their key which worked. entered our room about 10.45. Everything else was great but I wouldn't stay at place with no or little contact. I didn't know this property was contactless and cashless until received an email saying so.
Satisfactory - facilities not with the testing.
6.0The unit was Spacious great location clean and tidy. But the lifts pool area were horrid.
− The lifts and pool area. Filthy carpet in lifts. Dead plants and dangerous rusty furniture around the pool. Tiles falling off the pool. And the steps to the pool are extremely dangerous and definitely need fixing. Unit was great but facilities disappointing and not worth the rating it has.
