6.0The service was great and the staff were very helpful and nice. We arrived a few hours early to Numazu and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel before our check-in time. Lots of clean towels and bathrobes were provided each day. They also provided toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, etc. The hotel room has its own private washroom which is good, but washroom space was a little small. We found 2 small bugs in our room (1 dead roach and 1 small spider) but it was not much of a problem. The hotel had a room of washing machines and dryers, which is convenient for doing laundry. Overall it was a nice stay as a group of 3.
