Just disappointing as reviews were so great for this place
4.0The staff were friendly and welcoming, and honestly, they would be the main reason I’d consider coming back. Pool was nice but only 4 deck chairs. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay wasn’t great.
− We constantly had issues with our room key cards not working, meaning we had to go down to reception almost every time we returned to the hotel. It became a real hassle, and the cards looked quite old and worn, so perhaps it’s time for an upgrade. The room also had a strong mouldy smell, and there was visible mould in parts of the room. The bathroom was dirty, which made the overall stay feel unpleasant. It’s a shame because the staff were lovely, but the cleanliness, mould and ongoing key card issues really let the hotel down. There’s definitely room for improvement.

− Water heater wasn't working properly. The bathroom electric curtain wasn't working.
員工都很親切，地點方便，買東西吃飯也方便。房間的床很舒服，每天幾乎一躺下就睡過去了。
10.0地點非常方便，離MRT跟BTS都很近，飯店也有提供機場接送服務。
− 房間濕度有點高，除濕機要常常倒水。飯店早餐不錯，如果餐點能多一點變化就更好了。

− ロケーションに期待してないからマイナスにすることではないけどロケーションは工事をしてる隣のホテルしか見えない（笑）
