− Room I booked wasn't room I received. Tv broken had clearly been damaged by previous guest. Mold in bathroom and toilet that was cracked and flush not working properly. Stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions so was very disappointed.

As from 31st August 2018, The Humber Royal Hotel will no longer accept cash payments on arrival for any bookings. All guests will be required to complete a pre-authorization using their credit or debit card on arrival. If a guest cannot provide the hotel with a pre-authorization then the hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest and cancel the reservation. All pre-authorizations will be canceled for each guest on their departure from the hotel.
