− My experience was watered down by the unavailability of hot water on Sunday morning. The annoying thing is that I called reception and no one answered, which meant I had to put on a gown and walk to reception. I found no one by the desk but there was a voice coming from behind the wall, there she was, on her cell phone chatting. It was worse when she indicated that they not even aware of their their hot water issue and told me that other guest had hot water, that escalated my irritation. It took more than 20min to get back to me on desirable solution, so i opted to bath at home in Johannesburg instead.
