− Toilet are flooding . The bathroom door is broken, you can’t lock it. The ladyguard is not very welcoming but the front desk and housekeepers are friendly
For Roxas City this is one of the better resports.
8.0− My ONLY complaint was the pool wasn't very clean and was slippery when walking in from the edge.

3.0Large size bedroom & comfortable beds.
− Reception staff, felt like I was in a concentration camp. I have never experienced so many rules & regulations. Signs everywhere threatening corkage fees will apply if you bring any food or drink in from outside of resort but you only get 1 small bottle of water per day ! They even had a sign saying which type of shorts you can & can't wear as swimming pool attire. No foreigners at hotel, just mainly locals from outside using the pool all day. LOUD karaoke early in the morning's. I would never return here. Thankfully I only booked 2 nights.
My stay was practically perfect and I wish I had booked to stay for longer.
9.0The Espacio Verde is a first class hotel with a swimming pool and poolside restaurant. I first visited the hotel in August 2019 and enjoyed the lush garden and peaceful ambience as I did again this week. As a visitor to Roxas to meet my local wife and her family I need somewhere comfortable, calm and quiet in order to relax. Thank you.
− A lighter weight bed cover/duvet would be better than the heavy covers provided. As a British person, I get hot easily in thr tropics and sleep better under a lightweight cover.
