8.0室内、館内は綺麗に清掃されていましたが部屋のトイレに汚れが付いていて そこが残念でした… ただ、見晴らしもお湯も良く、食事は美味しく頂けました。

6.0何よりスタッフの皆さんが優秀です。いろんなお声がけをしてくださいました。外国からの方も多かったですが、みなさん親切で真摯で毎日お会いするのが嬉しかったです。 汚部屋派昔の温泉旅館という感じです。窓が大きく洞爺湖がよく見えました。ベッドにはフラットシーツがあり、個人的にはたいへん心地よかったです。コンセントが少ないこと(ベッドサイドにはない)、ドライヤーがないことなど、が 古さを感じた点です。 大浴場はきれいで、露天風呂もいろいろ種類があり楽しめました。夏場は露天風呂からきれいに花火が見えます。欠点はドライヤーが少ないことです。 食事はバイキングですが、豪華さはありません。
