Fire hazard and very unsafe!

− Please if your own or your family's safety is important for you do not stay in this place! We started our stay here in villa 8, the first 2 days were sort of ok, though we noticed the smelly bathroom, the barely washed towels and the limescale built up in most places in the bathroom. But things deteriorated fast: one morning we noticed fire/smoke coming from the green area next to the pool, by the main entrance gate. We immediately called the receptionist and asked for it to be checked out/repaired. To cut the story short after unsuccessfully trying to repair it for the whole day (multiple times they said everything was ok , they left and then again smoke was coming, but what do you expect when you send the butler to repair electric wires???!) at around 5.30 we asked to speak with the manager. My husband asked for a refund for the rest of our stay as we immediately wanted to leave such an unsafe place. He didn't agree but promised to move us to a different villa the next day. At this point we felt very much like without a choice and though unhappily but we stayed. Of course we didn't sleep the whole night, from the fear that a fire will break out again ( the gate is located exactly where the smoke was coming from, so if indeed there was a fire we wouldn't have been able to escape the villa. ) So next day we had to pack all our stuff and move to an other villa ( villa 4 ), which is bigger than villa 8 so the manager kept the extra rooms locked. Immediately after we moved problems have arisen even in the new place: for a whole day we couldn't lock our main entrance door because someone broke a key inside the lock and it took the management one whole day to fix it. This meant an other sleepless night for us given that by this time we read reviews of previous guest saying that someone entered their rooms and stole from them while sleeping! They didn't clean properly after previous guests and we found their forgotten stuff under the sofa.

10.0Beautiful villa it was huge and spacious with lovely staff to attend to your needs, awesome hot or cold breakfast delivered every morning 🌅
− The sun loungers didn’t have cushions like they did in the pictures and there were no bean bags about the poor either so sun bathing was not that comfy
