10.0The experience staying at this hotel for 2 nights with 2 meals included was one of the best staying experience for our family, we would love to be back again. The service is elegance but warm, food ingredients are local products, room is spacious, view from almost every corner of the hotel is great.
− It was a little awkward when we check out we were escort to a meeting room.

10.0The service was absolutely incredible. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is Michelin star quality and the piano player during dinner is a nice touch. We also loved the little library and plentiful sitting areas, as well as the champagne at check in. We loved being able to make fresh French press coffee from our room and the little baked goods and note from the manager.
− The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced in the hallways of the guest rooms and in the guest rooms. They smell.
