Please get rid of the rising damp and mould smell
5.0Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was okay not a nice variety each morning was basically the same three options.
− There is a lot of rising damp in the room, the plug covers are all rusted away so its been an issue for a very long time. The cupboard where the fridge is in floor is completely rotten away do the fridge is at an angle causing it to make a horrible noise. Tried to find the plug to switch it off but the cable is joined so we could not sleep because of the noise. We had no hot water on Thursday evening, I mentioned it Friday morning and had hot water for the rest of our stay thanks. Even keeping the windows open baring the cold didn't get rid of the mould smell in the room
