9.05 minutes walk to Assisi train station making the coming and returning by train very easy. The good restaurant is right next to the property.

9.0Struttura nuova, moderna e molto pulita. Lo staff è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, ci ha accolto con grande simpatia, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio, come se ci conoscessimo da tempo. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per visitare la zona. La struttura si trova a soli 100 metri dalla Basilica Papale di Santa Maria degli Angeli e, sempre a circa 100 metri, sono disponibili parcheggi pubblici gratuiti. Da lì è possibile prendere comodamente l'autobus urbano che porta al centro di Assisi, distante circa 3 km. È una soluzione che consiglio, perché nel centro storico è molto difficile trovare parcheggio e quelli disponibili sono a pagamento, con una tariffa di circa 3 € all'ora.
− L'unica piccola nota riguarda l'assenza del frigorifero nella nostra camera che, soprattutto durante la stagione calda come nel periodo del nostro soggiorno, sarebbe stato molto utile per tenere al fresco bevande e altri prodotti. Tuttavia, il proprietario ci ha assicurato che sta provvedendo a installarlo in tutte le camere, quindi sarà un servizio disponibile a breve.
