9.0Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und Blick auf Schloss Neuschwanstein bekommen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant war vorzüglich!

8.0虽然是个古老的酒店，但是维护的不错，早餐晚餐的味道也挺好，但是早餐服务人员讲的话实在听不懂，要几个盘子，直到晚餐结束也没拿来

10.0La posizione è eccellente, di fronte vi è la strada che conduce al castello di Neuschwanstein mentre a pochi minuti a piedi vi è il lago. Il personale è super disponibile e gentile. C’è possibilità di parcheggio gratuito, fondamentale per chi viaggia in macchina. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo provato solo la colazione e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
Perfect location
9.0Hotel was in the perfect location for visiting the castles. Nearby lake made for a great afternoon cooldown after touring the castles. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to keep our car parked in the lot after check out so we could tour the castles and spend some time at the lake. Breakfast was fantastic.
− Lack of AC would be the only negative, but the weather was abnormally warm during our visit so not really a fault, a fan was provided and helped substantially.
