9.0Bed we're comfortable. Excellent bathrooms. Very clean. Bar had excellent service and the kitchen was good. Big portions and good prices. Great fun room. Old school video table with games from the 80s. Even can do 2 player! Front desk people were friendly and helpful. The 2 I had were excellent hires.
− Door shut very loud. You can hear every door on your floor close.

Concert night
7.0Location is perfect if you’re going to an event at U.S. Bank Stadium. The bed is very comfortable and there is a refrigerator. There is access to the skywalk as well.
− Horrible parking situation and no valet. There’s no way you should have that little amount of parking and not offer valet especially when you are marketing yourself as the best hotel to stay at for a U.S. Bank activity. Having to walk a block during a heat advisory with luggage is definitely not a vacation or relaxation of any sort. I did not like that. There was only one door on the shower, which means half of it was open and I was cold while I was showering. Again, not relaxing. The staff to check me in was definitely not very friendly and seemed like she was overwhelmed and stressed. It was definitely busy, but I could’ve used more of a smile and a pleasant attitude specially after the stress I had to go through to check in. The price for what is offered is awfully high. Paying almost $300 for one night is diabolical.
Not worth the price. I would have rather stayed further away for a better hotel.
1.0The location was convenient!
− Not enough parking, the room was 78 degrees and wouldn’t cool off so we had to switch rooms, there was dog hair all over the bed. They have white linen so you could see the black hair all over. The fridge didn’t work and we even tried to unplug it and plug.
