The place is very open, peaceful, clean and very friendly, helpful accommodating staff. Breakfast is sufficient. Kenatea, the manager is very nice. Our flight is not until late in the afternoon and she let us stayed in our room until we are ready to leave for our flight.

One thing I really liked about this place was it’s literally walking distance from the airport, about two blocks away. The transfer company had my flight wrong so didn’t show up, and I really wanted to get to the hotel to use the pool, so I walked, and it was fine. They actually let me into my room early, which was very kind, and let me check out late because I was coming back from a beach excursion and wanted to have a shower. Good breakfast, nice, big room, clean, and lovely pool! My friend had wanted lunch one day but apparently you have to give 24 hours notice as they are only equipped for breakfast. That is the only thing that might be a downside because it is a bit of a walk (10 min) to another restaurant, and about 20 minute walk to town. It was an amazing experience, Easter island is a fantastic place.

It was great. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we missed a night and they were completely understanding and helpful. So friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was fantastic
