7.0Location is lovely. The staff is good.
− During our stay the temperature in London touched 38c. The apartment was uncomfortably hot but there were only fans provided. If not ACs a couple of decent coolers are needed for health and safety reasons. Apartment and appliances could be more cleaner.

10.0I liked the view from the flat, Everything was accessible like the train station , shopping area,good restaurants around ,beauty parlour too . Amazing place to stay whenever your in London for sure .
− I think when you come for the first time as a guest ,just direct us from the station ,saying the apartment is closer to Primark Ilford so we could check on GPS or Lidl Ilford would be great landmarks to get there after travelling by train .
