I was very disappointed.
4.0I enjoyed the comfortable bed the most.
− If the lady at the front desk called her manager or someone that could fix the issue of my payment. I was there for almost four hours before I decided to make another payment so that I could check into my room. That was very disappointing and very frustrating when I already booked and paid for my stay and then wasted 3-1/2 hours standing in the lobby.

− The AC in the room was very loud and freezing even setting it in a higher temperature, making it near impossible to sleep next to it.
