− Staff wasnt too friendly,, when we booked breakfast it wasnt explained that we needed to pre order what we wanted the night before so they were a bit snotty with us.

5.0The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was excellent with good portions! The rooms were quiet and towels changed each day. The shower was powerful and good.
− The weather had cooled down after a heatwave, but the small double room was still hot despite having two fans. The glasses in the room looked "grubby" and the overall feel was that the room was not as clean as it could have been. The skirting board in the bathroom was particularly dirty. We had two single fruit gin and tonics, and some peanuts in a bowl each and the price we thought was a bit much at £25.50
Lovely hotel, excellent food and a few quirks that made it an e lovely stay.
9.0Family run and have tried to think of everything for your comfort. The food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed being served by Carol who was delightful.
− We should have checked the size of the beds. My partner is 6’4” and the double bed was far too small.
