− Ir com mala pequena, não tem elevador! A copa/cozinha poderia ter uma coifa ou ter um fogão no ultimo andar!

Great location once we had our bearings, good facilities, very clean and small kitchenette was perfect for requirements.

− Quite steep steps- glad we were on first floor!! It was a long way up to the wonderful roof terrace. It would have been useful to have known beforehand that it was in the pedestrian zone and that we couldn’t access by car.

Lovely apartment but be aware local beach is closed!

Whilst the apartment was smaller than expected (I travelled with my teenage son so it was ok for us, I think 3 might be a bit tight) it had everything we needed. Included: washing up products (big win!), toilet rolls, toiletries, plenty of crockery & cutlery including bottle opener 😉, spare blankets, coffee machine in shared area, lovely shared terrace on roof (we were 3rd floor & also had a small balcony which would just 1 small chair), efficient air con, TV, fridge with small freezer compartment for ice, microwave. The location was perfect (other than the local beach being closed) and is right near centre and walkable from station but in a quiet pretty street. Although we did not meet the owner, the communication pre-booking was good & we felt we could ask questions at any time and would receive a timely response.

− 1 - The local beach was closed ☹️ We booked Monopoli as we wanted a town with easy beach access (same as Gallipoli) and weren’t aware the beach is currently under construction (see photo). The other ‘beaches’ (bianco/rosso etc) are tiny coves, mainly rock with no or little sand. We did find a lido 15/20 min walk away which we ended up using and this was great, but probably wouldn’t have booked if we’d know the local beach was closed. 2 - Storage very limited. Only 1 hanging rail with hooks & a couple of shelves (see photos) . We were only 3 nights here so wasn’t too much of a problem for us.

Nära till det mesta. Mysigt läge. Mysig takterrass där man kan äta middag/lunch om man vill. Skönt med liten balkong.

− Inte världens skönaste extra säng. Lite otydligt vad som ingick, stod att tex toalettpapper ingick men det fick vi köpa själva. Ingen städning på hela veckan men sista dagen fick vi nya redan handdukar. Kanske var jag som var dålig på att fråga/be om saker. Saknades skärbräda så lite svårt när man ville laga egen mat.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect location to explore Monopoli. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our plans changed unexpectedly, and she kindly prepared an additional bed for us without any problems. She also recommended the best restaurants, beaches and places to visit in Monopoli, and every recommendation turned out to be excellent. She was always responsive, helpful and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

− Essendo una struttura situata al mare la casa dovrebbe essere dotata di stendino per gli asciugamani oltre che scopa e paletta.
