住宿好，態度不好，服務差
6.0住宿方面非常好，面對湖景，很美，房間亦很整潔。 事前約了酒店人員來接我們，非常友好。但是發電郵給他們，幾天都不回覆，再追問才給回覆。我們其中一人不吃牛肉，在電郵清楚表明，酒店亦回覆接受我的要求，但真正吃東西時，完全沒人知道要我們有特別要求，向老闆娘再說，才再安排，上菜方面，非常慢，吃完所有食物還沒上其餘的菜！連吃完東西的器皿更沒人收拾，很差！食物方面，美味的，但不精緻！很失望！入餐廳更無人招呼！

Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
