− Stank of old cigaratte smoke. To be fair there are lots of no smoking signs and rules and this is clearly a prior tenant breaking those rules, but still unpeasant. No towels for 2/4 occupants. Driveway quite washed out and may be difficult for some vehicles to access.

− There is absolutely no one available to assist if other guests are rowdy and we had ongoing parties and noise from guests above us - we didn’t sleep much and had no assistance - Lizelle didn’t even respond to my message after we left and expressed our disappointment

10.0Very clean, lovely staff members they’re very helpful..I loved the serenity. Very peaceful atmosphere, the deco is also beautiful. Very safe also for your car and belongings.
