4.0The location is great. It is a very run down motel and smells a bit like smoke in areas due to staff and guests smoking in the parking garage. Staff was friendly and helpful.

8.0Propert was very convenient. Nothing much in the pier but we walked to meals in both direction and to the little town for coffee everyday.
