・メインストリートから近い場所だったため選択した．しかし、当日に何も説明も無く別の場所で降ろされた． 当該ホテルから≒600～700mほど距離で繁華街から逆方向に離れ、暗くなってからの夜は安易に歩けない辺鄙な場所． ・３泊したが、オーナーの都合で朝食は全て無しになった．場所を含め抗議し一部を返金されたが ２０ US＄ だけだった． ・タオル交換とトイレットペーパーの補充を依頼したところ『３日に１回！』の回答． ペーパーが無くなった場合は、どうするのか？と問い合わせたところ『タオル＝２０ US＄，トイレットペーパー＝１０ US＄　支払えば対応する』の回答． (タオルは新品より高額であり、トイレットペーパーは何ロール購入が出来るのか？） ※部屋は古く綺麗ではないが広く台所も有り、シャワー湯の温度，量(水圧)は一般的．空港送迎も対応してくれる．ドライヤー，ハンガー，冷蔵庫以外の備品は無い． オーナーと会ったのはチェックアウト＆空港への送り１回のみだったが、その間はWhatsAppでやり取り．一応？要望は聞いてくれる． 場所に拘らず朝食無しでも可で、タオル／シーツ交換は３日以上でも気にしなく、トイレットペーパーは自己調達される人ならば可でしょう．

We very much enjoyed having Marcelo as our guide on Rapa Nui. We were on the island for three days, with one day of heavy rains, but Marcelo solved this by planning all the excursions on the two days without rain. Communication with Marcelo was very fluent. He is an intelligent guide, a good story teller and a very helpful and friendly man. We highly recommend him!

Wow, where do I start? When I booked this place, I figured I would have to arrange a taxi to get there and then find guides to see the island attractions. I was wrong. As soon as I booked, Marcelo contacted me for my arrival time and was there to meet us at the airport. He is also a registered guide and we did our tours with him, talk about convenient. The cabana he put us in was well equipped and conveniently located in a quiet area of Hanga Roa. Weather dealt us a blow one day, but Marcelo was able to make up for a lost day by combining the tours we wanted in the remaining days we had. He was always checking on us to see if we needed anything.
