10.0It was right near the boardwalk. Easy to get to, near little shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable

This is a great motel for the money!
9.0We liked the extra amenities like the continental breakfast, happy hour, and the YUMMY cookies served each evening. Also, you can't beat the location unless you are paying much, much more to be right on the boardwalk. The staff were all very friendly, and we really liked Fiona, the night gal, who was extremely accommodating, and helpful, always with a big smile.
