Was not waterfront as advertised...so false there.

The room was updated and comfortable...but lacked a few very important features. The light bulb in the bathroom was out...had to wait till morning on that to be replaced. Another light bulb was out and didn't bother with that. Window ledge was very dusty. Bed did not have a mattress pad on it...linens were not overly luxurious. Shower curtain was plastic, had a hole and needed to be replaced...lots of soap scum had accumulated. Hotel as advertised, was not waterfront. Shade at the large window did not block the office lights coming off the opposite office building. The room needed a drawer to place clothing. No instructions for operating the TV. Thermostat also was a hassle.

Crumbs & finger nail on bed. Dirty microwave. Not for 3 adults as advertised. Sofa bed was lounge chair folding flat, too narrow. Not a bay view as advertised. Towels & bedding for 3rd person hidden in bench. Otherwise good place.

Felt like I was in my own home.

Absolutely fantastic experience and I felt very comfortable in every aspect of the hotel. It felt like I was in my own home. I had all the amenities that I would need for a comfortable stay. I would unreservedly use this hotel again, and in fact would seek out the Watermark brand in any US city that I might be visiting.

a few difficulties understanding how the key fob worked to lock/unlock the door, but otherwise, no issues. No parking is the only negative

The hotel is very close to the Boston conference center and just a block from the subway. The room was clean and spacious. They had music playing for us as we walked in. It was a nice touch.
