We rebooked after a problem with our first booking in November 2018, due to leaking pipes. Were due to go this weekend and stay in the penthouse. Have emailed and telephoned, leaving messages, all week and still have received no acknowledgement of key collection or confirmation of our booking. We were travelling a long distance and so are unable to risk travelling down and not having anywhere to stay. We had booked our dogs into kennels for the weekend and because we have cancelled we have additionally lost money for this. What was going to be a fabulous weekend has been ruined and left us out of pocket. Interestingly if you try to book for these suites there appears to be no availability going forward. If you are in difficulties at least let people know so they can make alternative arrangements. Good customer service or a phone call or email costs nothing. Be careful if you choose to book these.

These suites are superb. This time we stayed in the Tudor Suite and were highly impressed. Very spacious with high quality fixtures and fittings. This is our first choice hotel for trips to Worcester.

Great location though parking a pain.

Really nicely decorated modern apartment with great artwork. A bit of a pain to park but found St Martin's car park about 7 mins walk away that was locked at night and charged £7.30 for 48 hours. Needs number on front door as wasn't easy to find. The apartment has everything you need , tea/coffee/biscuit tray. Microwave, dishwasher and tablets. Oven /hob . Iron, hair dryer, toiletries. Great TV , WiFi and Alexa. Easy to use electric rads in rooms. Nice shower, door knob on bathroom door is very stuff and thought we had got stuck in there a couple of times. Electric rads easy to use and warmed flat up quickly. Would definitely recommend and would book again if returning to area.

Was able to drop bags in before check in & our apartment was then ready...was greeted by the delightful cleaning lady...who also left milk in the fridge for us...the decor & furniture was too my liking & accomadation was clean & had a fab central location, would defo book again, thank you

Stayed for 1 night on the 1st Dec...central location & lovely decor/furniture, was able to drop our luggage before check in time & was greeted by a lovely lady who was finishing cleaning the apartment & left us some milk in the fridge also..we will definitely be returning, thank you

Utter Rubbish!

Was booked in only to be told an electrical fault meant we had been booked into a 'similar' hotel only to find out it was a tired, outdated flea pit that was no where near the so called 'luxury' boutique we were expecting and had paid for! He promised us a partial refund and then NEVER returned our calls . Dodgy, don't take the risk!!!
