I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The check in process was smooth, and the staff provided excellent service very attentive and professional. During my stay, I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant. While the food was good, I felt that some staff could improve on friendliness and engagement. a simple smile or more genuine presence can go a long way in making guests feel welcome, no matter where they come from. That said, I truly appreciate the efforts of the hotel team and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and overall quality. a little extra warmth in the restaurant would make the experience even better I also felt a bit sad that I couldn’t use the swimming pool due to the rain in next day, as I was really looking forward to relaxing there but thanks overall good experience,.

I want to emphasize this clearly: the Club Lounge staff is simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed not as guests, but as valued friends. The team anticipated our needs before we even expressed them. Every interaction was graceful, attentive, and deeply personalized. They remembered our preferences, engaged naturally with our children, and ensured that every visit to the lounge felt special. The service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés was flawless — elegant yet warm, refined yet relaxed. It is not just about efficiency — it is about heart. I loved the hotel and the club lounge. The friendly staff, Kate, Indira, and Jacob, made our stay especially enjoyable. Our glasses were always full. The cocktails were excellent! The rooms had a beautiful view, and the pool was incredible.
