− We’re we’re not told on time that the aircon needs a voucher…we were told on our last day and we were cold the entire stay!!
Its was nice but if the issues raised were addressed, it could be better.
7.0The location was excellent. Cleanliness exceptional. The pool area is outstanding and beach access was great.
− The lady at reception was on the condescending side. Its only one particular lady . The spa is not part of the resort but we were refused the contact details for the mobile spa. The fact that you have to pay additional to use the air-conditioning is an issue. I booked a garden room but was given one on the second floor which was noisy throughout the day as the laundry room operates near by. The water in the main shower did not drain easily. The apartment is for six people but the lounge only has couches to accommodate 4 people. There were 2 coffee pods, limited sugar and no milk even though we booked for three people. There should be a double bed in the second bedroom.
