Ubicación inmejorable. Personal no puedo opinar porque en dos dias no hemos visto a nadie, pero si que la comunicación con la persona encargada antes de la llegada fue correcta. Falta general de mantenimiento e insonorización. Para dos noches suficiente.

Great location & property communication with staff, very poor don’t reply to any messages or pick up phone when needed

The apartments have self check-in, with no staff on site after 2pm. This may usually work well, but in our case led to big confusion, which the host was not present or prepared to handle promptly. The host was not as responsive as I would expect, and did not apologise until the next day.

Konumu muhteşem ancak konaklamamızda hava şartlarından kaynaklanan bazı olumsuzluklar yaşadık. Ev sahibi hızlı ilgilendi ancak wifi sorunu çözülemedi iki gün wifi yoktu.

Felt like sleeping in a cave

Needs a lot of TLC. The common area (kitchen and living room is very run down, the couch looks old and so does the bed covers. The bedrooms are like being on a cave. Air conditioning didn’t work properly so they were nice enough to bring a fan. Need to make it a little more welcoming and better decor. Good location though. It’s not terrible but we would not stay there again.

Good stay in Rome

This was a good stay and information provided by the owner. The room was perfectly for three people and close to most of the attractions. The only painpont areas to carry on the luggage two floors as we were travelling 20 days in Italy and had a big effort to reach that level.
