10.0Location was great. Ball parks were right around the corner, a few stores nearby and somewhere to grab a quick lunch/breakfast for when ball park concession just isn't cutting it.
− Beds were kinda uncomfy but then again, I went right to sleep after a long/hot day.

6.0Acceptable for 1 nights stay and “ok”
− Pool out of order; room needed maintenance… towel bar over sink non existent, holes in the wall; no cover on srain, breakfast “ok” pancake machine out of order; curtains in breakfast room dirty. Windows need cleaning. Just overall needs a cleanup and fix up.

Guests above me noise all night long!
3.0I was kept awake all night long by someone above me the front desk tried to get in touch with them through phone and knocking on the door and they never would answer. I got no sleep when he finally answered the door for Jason the front desk guy at 6 AM he said he had his headphones on. He was dancing, jumping running the whole night.
− More should have been done to get in touch with the guy above me who was making noise all night long keeping me awake.
