10.0Accueil très chaleureux, très bon emplacement pour visiter la ville et la proximité de Hyde Park est agréable. Chambre très calme, nous avons bien dormi. Je tiens à souligner la sympathie du personnel qui fait tout pour vous faciliter la vie, ce qui est un vrai plus!

9.0Buena relación calidad precio, muy bien ubicado cerca del metro y conexiones al aeropuerto. Personal muy amable. Desayuno completo con fruta y huevos cocidos y fritos incluido en el precio.

9.0Es hatte eine Top Lage (4min zu Fuß zur Paddington Station, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hyde Park. Verglichen mit den anderen Hotels hatte es auch einen angemesseneren Preis. Das Personal war super nett und stetig hilfsbereit. Die 24/7 Besetzung der Rezeption ist auch ein großer Pluspunkt.
− Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war typisch Britisch und eher klein. Das Bad war auch eher schmal und eng.
Good to know
Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the elevator to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the elevator from then on.
Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is canceled in line with the cancelation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.
Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
