Warm and cosy hotel - perfect for a winter escape.
8.0Quaint, genteel, country hotel - felt like stepping back in time. Staff were fabulous - so accommodating. Restaurant was charming and food was yummy. Room was small but perfectly formed - we stayed in a twin en-suite room. Everything was spotless, linen fresh and beds were super comfy.
− We arrived mid afternoon and there were no dining options. Might be nice to just provide something easy for hungry travellers - a toasted sandwich or meat pie would have hit the spot. Breakfast would also be a nice option - even just a continental breakfast.

9.0Lovely, expansive, historic hotel with lots of character! The room was tasteful, clean and comfortable with good heating on a cold winter night. The restaurant was jumping with excellent service and food! We even had a quilted piper playing the bagpipes as an added bonus! We really loved Bundanoon for a one night stopover on our road trip.

− The room was icy cold and definitely needs a heating upgrade.
Overall we enjoyed the stay but with small improvements the stay could have been a better experienc.
6.0The room was tastefully decorated and overall the hotel was charming. The hotel food was great and speedy.
− Tennis court and equipment was run down. Bed was saggy. Ensuite was tiny. Reception staff seemed a bit distracted or too busy for patrons at times. (Happy to stay at work desk and not come to the counter to serve)
