- Wunderschönes stilvolles Anwesen an top Lage mit Blick auf das Meer - Jeden Tag Zimmerservice, Hauswart wohnt nebenan und ist bei Fragen immer verfügbar - Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Gastgeber - Gut eingerichtete Küche und Aufenthaltsraum, schönes Badezimmer im Freien - Gute Klimaanlage im Zimmer

− - Man hat täglich Kot von Geckos auf dem Bett, da diese im im Dachbereich der hohen Schlafzimmer leben und runter scheissen. Aus meiner Sicht hätte man dem mit einem Mückennetz Abhilfe verschaffen können da diese den Kot zumindest auffangen oder auf die Seite des Bettes ableiten. Zudem hört man diese auch in der Nacht da sie vogelähnliche Geräusche machen. Gehört aber vermutlich in dieser Region dazu - Direkt neben einen Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Zufahrtsstrasse zum Strand. Eine Strassenlaterne leuchtet dabei direkt in das Zimmer, die Vorhänge sind dabei so dünn, dass das Zimmer auch in der Nacht hell bleibt. - Leider ist die Lage nur bedingt ruhig , da man aufgrund der Zufahrtsstrasse bis spät nachts und frühmorgens Fahrzeuge, Stimmen und Hundegebell hört. Am Morgen fahren zudem recht nah Bote vorbei die aufgrund fehlenden Schalldämpfer extrem laut sind (hört sich wie ein Rasenmäher direkt im Garten an)

We loved the view. It was 1 km from the town. We enjoyed walking there most days. The staff was very nice and helped us sort out take away foods.

− There were a few too many bugs and geckos for me personally. There was a gravel road next to the house so when cars or motorbikes came down it, it was very loud.

Great stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent property, spent 5 days here but wish we could stay longer. The views are incredible, the house has been designed incredibly well, and the property is well stocked. Appreciate the little things like the Thai style lounge, and the sneaky views of the sea from the shower. Everything has been thought of meticulously here, which is excellent. Beautiful sunrises, very peaceful and quiet, private location away from the crowds. We could order food through the Grab app every day without issue, and the cleaning staff and Mr. Kon presented wonderful Thai hospitality. No complaints whatsoever.

− The location was perfect for us, nearby Rawai area was very laid back and had good eateries as well. That being said, if you want to experience the nightlife of Patong, or the colonial charm of Old Phuket, expect a good 45 min drive each way. Having a car certainly came in handy!
