10.0The room was HUGE, it had a window showing the lake, which was perfect at night for the firework show. The buffet was AMAZING both for breakfast and dinner. If you go there, you must go for the second round, almost everything was so good, I cannot choose a favourite dish. Also checked the onsens in the morning - it had literally one person, no crowds, so clean, beautiful views, many options to choose from. Loved everything!
− Honestly, only thing that was rough was the price, as we took the room with private onsen. I honestly think I would want to come again, but next time I would go cheaper on the room, as the public onsen was great too!

9.0My fiance and I really enjoyed the buffet for dinner and lunch. There was a wide variety of food. One day isn't enough time for a stay here. I wish we stayed here for two days to really experience the hotel.
− Our private onsen in our room had a lot of mineral deposits that we didn't expect due to the pictures shown on booking. Although it is safe, it was just unexpected since the pictures on booking shows a spotless onsen/tub. We were able to wipe the minerals off with our fingers so I'm not too sure how often it gets cleaned..
