− nos adoramos o hotel. Somente um feedback. Eu achei errado cobrar o cliente no checkout com um valor extra altissimo para "pagar" os funcionarios do hotel. Isso esta errado, dizem que é opcional pagar mas obviamente o cliente se sente constrangido e abaca pagando. Esse custo é do hotel e ja deve estar como parte dos custos do hotel que pagamos, e que nao é nada barato. Obrigado! Fernando Madureira
