10.0La amabilidad de todo el personal, lo lindo del lugar , limpieza de la habitación, toallas muy blancas ( impecable) , con “ olor a limpio” todo.

10.0Está cerca del terminal de buses, de la playa, del supermercado, de farmacias, de la plaza, de las artesanías y tiene muchos locales de comida al rededor, sin caminar más de 10 minutos está todo lo necesario para un viaje cómodo. El personal es muy atento y se preocupan de que la estadía sea lo más cómoda posible
Buen alojamiento en Pucón
9.0Muy buena atención por parte del personal, muy gentiles y atentos a cualquier necesidad. La ubicación del hotel la encontré muy buena para recorrer el centro de Pucón a pie. Queda en un sector residencial y tranquilo.
− Recomendaría variar opciones de desayunos entre los días. Los 3 días que nos quedamos ahí, el desayuno fue el mismo.

10.0Gostei de absolutamente tudo. Os donos e funcionários super educados e gentis. A limpeza impecável, o ambiente lindo! O café da manhã muito bem servido e muito gostoso. Agradeço demais a estadia, e não vejo a hora de voltar!
