− 部屋の選択ミスでした ビジネスホテル的な感じでした。 もう少しランクの良い部屋にすれば良かった。
Not a traditional ryokan but a huge modern hotel
2.0The insensitive were nice . The views were nice .
− I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a ryokan experience . The hotel is a massive concrete monster on the side of a hill . It offers Japanese style rooms and onsen but is more like a resort hotel . Inside it has three karaoke rooms and a fairground style amusement arcade room . Crucially it has no restaurant so you can’t eat in the evening . It is in the middle of nowhere . The staff didn’t have a handy list of local restaurants to offer either . Probably because there really aren’t many . They would drive you to a convenience store where you could get instant noodles . We did find a pizza restaurant 29 minutes away which was good . Most importantly this is a hotel for families and it was packed with children . So your calm relaxing onsen experience was usually surrounded by the patter of tiny feet running up and down . Not a ryokan and onsen top venue . I gave it a rating of 2 because of this and the lack of restaurant . It was comfortable and the staff were very nice . The onsens were very nice . But not a ryokan

10.0Beautiful location and a special place, very family friendly. Onsen was lovely and the water left our hair and skin so soft! Amenities were high quality and skin care lotions all provided for a full onsen and ryokan experience. Yakatas were beautiful and sizes for whole family. We really enjoyed the traditional Japan experience and beautiful tatami room with amazing view of the mountains. We wanted to stay another night.
− We wished we arrived earlier than check-in to make most of all the baths.
