− １)館内が広すぎる。 私達は60代で元気ですが上高地でハイキングの後、かなり疲れてチェックイン。 部屋が一番遠い建物の4階で、かなり遠い上、２階分は階段だったので運動には良いが疲れて温泉は１回しか行く気にならなかった。 ２)温泉はお湯と風情は素晴らしいが、老朽化していているので、せめて、つかまる手すりを強化するべきです。 濁り湯なので湯船の中が見えないため足で探りつつ入湯。 隣のお風呂に入ろうとした60代位の女性は入湯の際、滑ってか尻餅ついてました。 ３)食事はバイキングですが、味付けが下手？なので食材が良くても不味く感じて勿体ない。 例えば、冷たい茶碗蒸しは、上に「大根おろし」が入っていて、せっかくの茶碗蒸し本来の味を壊していた。 スタッフの方々が外国の方で不慣れなのか、補充が出来ておらず、人気の品々は空のままで、再度取りに来た子供客達が可哀想でした。

8.0Im Haus war es sauber, das Personal war sehr nett. Der Onsenbereich war sehr schön. Der Blick in die Berge war traumhaft, der Garten sah toll aus und die ruhige Lage in den Bergen haben uns gefallen. Das Bufett war für uns Europäer eine spannende Erfahrung.
− Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Was im Onsenbereich charmant wirkt, hat im Zimmer eher eine gegenteilige Wirkung. Der Fußboden in der Toilette hatte sehr unappetitliche Flecken. Die Verdunkelungsgardine im Schlafraum fehlte und die Fenster in unserem Zimmer waren seit Jahren nicht geputzt. Der Preis war dafür einfach zu hoch.
