9.0食事がとても美味しくて、スタッフの方も親切で温泉も良くまた行きたいと思いました。ロビーにはネスレのコーヒーサーバーが有り、何時でも楽しめたし、お風呂上がりロビーでくつろいだりと楽しいひと時を過ごす事が出来ました。

10.0Service was amazing, staff were all kind and energetic despite a lot of work, the rooms were spacious and the views were lovely. The hot spring waters were of high quality, clean, and one of the best I've experienced. The hygiene of the whole ryokan was better than I expected. Breakfast and dinner were abundant and delicious, and we had food we hadn't tried before. We had a great stay, thank you.
