9.0A localização era excelente , porque estávamos partindo de Porto Alegre a Gramado e preferimos dormir no meio do caminho porque já estava escurecendo.

7.0Hotel com sala de espera aconchegante, recepcionistas educados e solicitos, pessoal do restaurante e da limpeza solicitas e educadas também. Quarto confortável Café da manhã com poucas opções mas bem gostoso.
− Hospedagem: 12/07 a 13/07. Chegada: Cheguei no hotel às 07:00 +/- (já havia informado na reserva) e o recepcionista da madrugada me disse que não tinha quarto disponível para check-in pelo horário, oque já esperava (e não me importei porque sabia que era muito cedo e que o check-out era até as 12:00). Quando cheguei no hotel atarde, perguntei ao recepcionista da manhã (pois já era outro funcionário) se já tinha algum quarto disponível para eu entrar (pois já era 13:30) e o mesmo disse que não pois o chek-out era até 12:00 e o chek-in apartir das 15:00 (mas eu vi no site da booking que tinha apto disponível). Nesse quesito faltou pro atividade e boa vontade do funcionário... Poderia ter falado com a camareira para priorizar meu apto assim que liberassem ao meio dia, pois sabiam que já estava aguardando e daria tempo de limpar em 1 hora e meia. Ou trocado minha reserva para o apto já limpo, pois eu ia ficar só 1 dia...É fácil de trocar no sistema. TOTAL FALTA DE RESILIÊNCIA, ATENÇÃO E BOA VONTADE DO RECEPCIONISTA DA MANHÃ QUE SABIA QUE ESTAVA AGUARDANDO DESDE ÀS 07:00 DA MANHÃ PARA ME HOSPEDAR E EU VIA QUE ELE NÃO TAVA NEM AI PARA MIM E EU QUE ESPERASSE... - Limpeza: Eu cheguei as 13:30 no hotel esperando a liberação do meu quarto (pensando já estar finalizando a limpeza para eu me hospedar, pois o check-out era às 12:00) mas para minha surpresa só quando cheguei que o recepcionista foi atrás para agilizarem a limpeza do meu quarto mesmo eles já sabendo da minha espera... Foram realizar a limpeza do meu quarto para minha hospedagem só as 14:00! *Agradeço as meninas da limpeza que estavam no restaurante limpando e me viram esperando no salão e foram agilizar a limpeza, se não fosse isso... Aposto que ficaria até às 15:00* ---------------------------- Tirando isso, todos os funcionários foram bem educados e atenciosos.
