8.0I really like the hotel and staff but the rooms are extremely hot and no AC. We had to change hotel because we couldn't stand how hot it gets even with a fan.

10.0We have a son in a wheelchair and the staff at Azzeman are excellent, we have been here 3 times now and cannot fault the staff in any way! The hotel seems to be under improvement which is also great Would recommend it definitely

10.0I loved everything about Azzeman Hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles International an IHG Hotel before I flew to Addis Ababa. Azzeman Hotel is the same standard as the hotel I mentioned above. The shuttle was on time to pick me up. The hotel is only about 5 minutes away from the airport. Azzeman is very clean, bed is very comfortable, nice shower, has excellent Wi-fi service. The staff at the front desk are amazing and very efficient at what they do. I loved every minute of my stay because everybody starting from bellman, room cleaning staff all the way up goes extra miles to make your stay very pleasant. Today is exactly a week since I arrived at Azzeman. Had originally planned to stay here for a week and change to a different hotel but I have decided to stay at Azzeman for the remaining time of my stay in Addis which is about 3 more weeks😀
