1.0The bed and air con was ok
− The staff were very unfriendly,the shower was bad,the toilet seat was broken,the safe didn't work and apparently every safe in every room we're not working,on check in I was told to wait to get in my room even though I arrived 8 hours after my check in time,just very unwelcoming.
My number 1 recommendation for accommodation in Davao

5.0The location is near downtown,when you walk in the lobby I love the smells that they are putting in.I like that the shower and cubicle is in separate room.They have safety deposit box in the room.Over all the hotel is very budget friendly half of the price of the hotel in the area.
− It's very small room,you have to put your sign for them to clean your room,very thigh compact space,no small refrigerator,you can hear the bar downstairs in the next plaza doing karaoke(singing)at night.

Really bad, rude staff.
1.0Close to places, but front office staff “juliana” was very rude. We had a complaint and did not respond at all. We were ignored. Very disappointed. Security guards were the best but other than that it’s pretty bad. Air conditioners were leaking, and did not offer a move. Place was really small considering the price is on the expensive side. They asked a price for a stained towel, but our laundry from them was stained really bad. Very bad service will not come back.
