This hotel is not as it is described.
2.0The staff were attentive. It is located in a very pretty part of the country which I would definitely recommend visiting.
− To begin with, there is no public transport in this area of Sumatra. There is also no taxi service. Though you can reserve a room with your credit card, the hotel only accepts cash. The nearest ATM is several kilometres away and only accessible by walking, or by paying a member of the hotel staff to take you on his motorbike (which cost 50,000 rupee). None of the three hotel staff or four security guards spoke English. Once inside, there is no wifi (as advertised), no towels, soap or toilet paper. The bed was sagging and stained and my room resembled none of those photographed. I realise that it is awful to criticise a struggling business in a remote part of a beautiful and very friendly country, but I cannot recommend this place.
