Très déçus. On savait que l'hôtel était basique, mais la proximité de la plage ne justifie pas un tel manque de respect. L'accueil était déplorable et le personnel peu professionnel. On s'est vraiment sentis mal reçus du début à la fin. À éviter malgré le bon emplacement.

− Très mauvaise expérience – À éviter ​Nous savions que l'hôtel était simple et nous l'avions choisi uniquement pour sa proximité avec la plage. Malheureusement, l'expérience a été extrêmement décevante. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été froid et déplorable. Le personnel s'est montré très peu professionnel et nous nous sommes sentis mal traités tout au long du séjour. L'emplacement ne rattrape pas du tout le manque absolu de respect envers les clients. Je ne recommande pas.

Nothing the only thing about it that was good is that it was ocean front.

− This property is infested with roaches. They kicked my sister out and gave her no refund and she wasn’t even able to check in yet. I will never stay here again. I even went up to front desk told them we killed 3 roaches in 10 minutes she came swept them up and asked if we ordered something to kill them. Obviously I did but I shouldn’t have even had to do that. What is sweeping going to do ?? Said yall were sold out and couldn’t give us a different room thank god cause I’ve read the reviews apparently all rooms have them just as bad or worse. Owner told my sister he has someone spray twice a week… apparently it isn’t working and need to find something else. After I sprayed my own raid everywhere we work up to 20+ dead roaches all around the room. Owner also stated that since the hotel was so close to water all hotels down here have roaches. This is correct but also not. I come to the beach 6+ times a year and usually when roaches are present it’s because of all the trash in the room. These people were infested bad. No excuses I’ve never stayed in a hotel this bad before. Not only that but the only thing that seemed clean in the rooms was the beds which brought a little piece of mind. Bathroom was dirty everything in the room was basically disgusting. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and this blows my mind. I will be reaching out to anyone and everyone about this place including the BBB AND CORPORATE. I also paid for a room that was advertised of having an ocean view and balcony. It did not. False advertising at best. Rooms look nothing like the pictures ! DO NOT STAY HERE.

I didn’t like anything!

− Everything was terrible! The room was filthy. Appliances were dirty and damaged . The door had about a 2 inch gap at the bottom which allowed the heat from outside to overtake the air inside the room.
