2.0I arrived late at night. The next morning I noticed that the shower was disgustingly dirty, there was mold on the walls around the toilet, and there were cockroaches under the dilapidated cabinets. I immediately booked at a different hotel and when I requested a refund the management of Anah suites were not willing to refund me, they refused to discuss any further and told me to contact Expedia.
