8.0This is a 1-bedroom house that's just a couple of blocks from Salida's creative district. The location cannot be beat. The unit was clean, but I thought the owners were a little obsessive about visitors *keeping* the place clean; this is the first time I've ever been asked to run a load of laundry and take out my own trash. I've also never before had a rental with a coffee machine that didn't have at least some coffee on hand. Be sure to bring your own.
