7.0琉球畳がとても気持ち良かった。 部屋が広々していた。 ユーチューブがあって、事前にイロイロしれて良かった。
− 食事の時に最初に食前酒がお猪口に出るんですが、事前に知っていたから変更指示を出せたけど、知らなかったら食事の席でだいぶ困ったと思う。 お酒の設定はやめたほうが良い。

4.0フロントのスタッフさんは皆さんにこやかで親切でした。食堂のスタッフさんも、にこやかで、お料理を美味しく食べることができました。
− 露天風呂の木部に青カビ？余りにも多かったので、気持ち悪かった。滝はとても素敵な演出でしたが、内湯から眺めました。室内の浴室も、下の方にグルっと赤いカビ？が……。爪で擦ったら取れましたが、とても気になりました。献立の牛肉が売りにしては量がさびしかったですね～。何より、大浴場、食堂、お土産コーナー、に行くには、エレベーター、エスカレーター、階段と、乗り継ぎがあり、足腰が弱い者には不便でした。

9.0Please do not change the aesthetics of the hotel - I think this is what gives it its charm. It was clean, good value. full of character, good location - excellent price and facilities. The only minor inconvenience was not being able to shower in my own room but that was only a minor inconvenience. You do not need to update the decor or building otherwise it will lose its quiet, understated charm. Staff were helpful, respectful and not nosy - very kind. I hope to come and visit again.
