6.0七天體驗不確定是床單被套不潔或房間有蚊子蚤子，入住第三、四天後被咬得很誇張，經過要求加強清潔及更換被舖後情況改善很多，工作人員很友善，其他沒甚麼大問題。

10.0Le personnel est très sympa, souriant, agréable avec un servie de très bonnes qualités. J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui offre tous les services et les infrastructures telles que la piscine sur le toit, salle de fitness etc... je recommande l'établissement à tous. Merci ☺️

2.0我們晚上6點多到，房間還沒準備好。 訂的是一大床的禁煙房，結果給我們2小床的房間，且煙味超重。要求更換房間，還要等一個小時。 後來給的大床是兩張床併在一起，給了2張單人棉被。房間有霉味。 房卡只有一張，浴室不夠乾淨，兩顆燈壞了一顆，超暗；放置盥洗用品的架子是壞掉的，水壓很小。 冷氣聲音很大。 很糟糕的飯店，不會再選擇入住。

8.0Very amazing service, as is all around Thailand. Staff amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Spoke good English, and even saved me from losing my belt when I checked out. My only issue was the noise at night, which being in Pattaya is expected due to the nightlife, and the room didn’t feel super clean, specifically the hardfloors and the curtains. The food selection for the “on site restaurant” was lacking slightly, but definitely okay to eat at for a day. The parking was very easy, check in and check out was very easy, and overall, the value was really good. Other than that, excellent experience!
