− Location, charged for days I didn’t stay, breakfast I didn’t have.

7.0At night its quiet you can sleep well and the bed is soft ;
− No breakfast inside even to buy Ala Carte doesn't have , so you must have car to go drive by yourself . The smart TV is broken , the connecting phone to lobby is broken , the remote control for air-conditioned is broken too , its already set up the coldness wherein not really cold .

− Dirty room. Jacuzzi was so dirty, that we couldn't use it. TV was not working. Overpriced. 122$ for one night, can find much better around. 4 or 5 persons at reception didn't help us about parking, umbrella (was heavy rain), luggage, etc. So unfriendly staff I never met in Thailand for 10 years traveling here. Shocked and upset about it. This hotel must be in black list. Highly not recommended.
